The BFG
Steven Spielberg welcomes you in Roald Dahl's Dreamy Magical world which I had never seen before.
Ten-year-old Sophie(Ruby Barnhill) is in for the adventure of a lifetime when she meets the BFG(Mark Rylance).
It is very simple and preety still interesting. It's high on emotion and relation between BFG and Sophie is really sweet.
It excels in almost all departments with charm, great visuals(Forget about HP, LOR and even Warcraft), lovable music and fine story telling.
There is no need to say about direction as Spielberg has directed it and he maintained the core and innocence of story.
Mark Rylance's performance makes this soft Candy very delicious. Ruby Barnhill also did well.
It was nice to not have to watch a battle scene with the giants as it ruins the taste of movie(don't get me wrong).
It is really fun ride and delightful experience for kids and parents as well.
The Big Friendly Giant...
